Build and Design: The Philips RL 118/00 is a table top, manual and at the same time a compact fm radio. There are separate tuning and volume control dials at the side.
A LED charging indicator is also present. There is a single speaker at the front. There is a channel and frequency indicator too.
Battery Backup: The product can run on both AC and DC power sources. While on AC, it needs to be connected to 230V power outlet and on DC, it requires 2 R6 type batteries.
There is a power source changing switch at the back by which one can alter from AC to DC and vice versa.
Antenna: There is a telescopic antenna provided with the product for better reception.
Additional Features: The product has a carrying handle to carry it around conveniently.
Pros:

- The sound it provides is loud and clear, which is an advantage.
