Sony E 55-210mm F 4.5-6.3 OSS Lens Review
Introduction: Sony E 55-210mm lens comes with a strong metallic structure which makes it quite durable. The rubber grip is quite essential for holding it properly, although the grip collects dust. The lens works perfectly with zooming and focusing the object.
The focal length range is from 55 to 210 mm. and the aperture remains between 4.5 and 6.3 mm. it weighs around 345gm. It is quite large and it creates problem while expanding the lens.
Performance: This zoom lens works quite excellent with its 55-210 m focal length facility. It creates a decent and smooth bokeh in the background of the photograph. The focus is good but when you change the direction suddenly the result gets worse.
There is an electric focus ring for the manual focus ring. In the video mode, optical stabilization works very well. The performance of its macro lens is not satisfactory. This lens works great with portraits.
Compatibility: This lens is compatible with Sony Alpha series, and most of the NEX and PXW series.
Additional features: Sony's Optical Steady Shot (OSS) stabilization helps to correct the blur which is caused by the hand movement but it cannot correct the motion of the subject. It provides 1 year of the warranty period.

This is an excellent lens with excellent performance of its zooming and focusing quality. The optical stabilization works well too. The manual focus is better than autofocus. But it does not prove to be as the best telephoto lens in the market.
