Nikon Coolpix P900 Camera Review
Design: It is a bulky model. Nikon Coolpix P9000 camera is bigger and heavier if compared with most SLRs.
The model comes with some handy features including a built-in WiFi, GPS, articulated screen.
The camera features a number of buttons. You will find buttons for Wi-Fi and self-timer.
It has a customized Fn button on its top. The 16MP camera features CMOS sensor and max shutter speed 1/4000.
Performance: P900 is not a good performer. Honestly speaking, the camera proved disappointing in different aspects.
An eye-level sensor allows you to switch between LCD screen and viewfinder automatically.
However, suspension of automatic switching while holding down the zoom button will make it difficult to spot a distant subject. The camera ensures reasonable autofocus performance.
Additional Features: The ‘point and shoot’ camera comes with a bag of lovely features including built-in flash and auto mode.
The camera allows its users to upgrade its memory. It provides HD support as well. The camera is also packed with some sensitivity and display features.
Battery:The camera is powered by Lithium battery. It has got a decent battery life enabling you to capture plenty of shots on a single recharge.
For this reason, the camera will be a perfect accessory wherever you go.
- Reasonable clarity and sharpness across a huge zoom range
- GPS and Wi-Fi
- Good battery life
- Bulky in size
- Unwieldy zoom position
- Odd automatic ISO settings
It is wrong to say that Nikon Coolpix P900 sports an attractive look. In fact, it is not lightweight and these days, no one loves a heavy model. If it comes to performance, the camera fails to satisfy the users in many departments. One good point is it has long battery life. Not a high-end device!
